We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 3-5 business days from the date of order. We offer free delivery on all our products.

Modification and Return Policy

We facilitate returns for products which are dead on arrival or have any technical fault. In this case we will arrange for reverse pickup and you will get only a replacement after receipt and inspection by our quality check team.

Aura Impex reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
